In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and nutmeg. In a smaller bowl, mix together coconut oil, agave and orange zest. Mix wet ingredients into dry.

Separate dough into 2 balls and place each on a piece of parchment paper. Cover each ball of dough with another piece of parchment paper and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.

Place the dough sheets on baking trays and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

Remove pans from freezer and use heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out cookies. Put the cut cookies back onto parchment lined baking trays leaving a bit of space between them. Bake at 350u00b0F for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and serve.
