1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans (plain or possibly seasoned)
8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
16 ounce. longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
Lettuce, minced
Tomatoes, minced
Black and or possibly green olives, sliced
Onion, minced
Enchilada sauce (or possibly picante or possibly taco sauce)
Lowfat sour cream
10 lg. flour tortillas
