Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb pork loin; 1 medium italian saussage; 1 medium colombian saussage; 1 packages raw bacon; 1/4 piece chopped onion; 1/4 piece green pepper diced; 1 pinch oregano; 1 pinch ground cumin; 1 pinch ground black pepper; 3 clove garlic or garlic powder; 1 salt

2 1/2 lb pork loin
1 medium italian saussage
1 medium colombian saussage
1 packages raw bacon
1/4 piece chopped onion
1/4 piece green pepper diced
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 clove garlic or garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400F.Fillet the pork loin to form a long strip of meat for stuffing,about 4 to 5 inches wide and about a foot long.Season with salt and pepper.

Remove casing from sausages and mix together,add onion,pepper,garlic,oregano and cumin.Spread sausage mix on top of loin evenly,,Roll carefully by hand.

Next separate bacon individually and wrap each slice around pork loin.

Repeat until fully covered.

Place in oven for 1hour or until bacon is golden brown,Remove from oven and cut into 1inch medallions.
