add all to a pan simmer for a hours strain sauce taking out all oniond mushrooms oregeno parsley and pour 1/2 of the sauce on steaks while marinading in the fridge for 3 hours then drain into the trash then put steaks in pan and pour the other half on it and bake at 350 till rare tehn broil at 500 for 3 minutes or till your liking
