1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1 stick butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

In a deep cast-iron skillet or heavy Dutch oven, pour oil to a depth of 2 inches; heat to 350 degrees F.
