Worcestershire sauce; 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. brown sugar; 1 teaspoon prepared mustard; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, sliced
Garlic or possibly 1 whole clove
1/2 c. minced celery
3/4 c. water
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 or possibly 3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat butter, add in onion and cook till browned.

Add in remaining ingredients and cook 20 min.

Use with 3 pounds meat.

Chicken, ribs or possibly meatballs.

When I make ribs (pork) I bake ribs about 1 hour and drain fat and ribs on paper towels.

Pour sauce over and bake another hour at 325 degrees.
