1 c. half and half
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, in chunks
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. celery salt

3 c. cooked rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces

Place shrimp in cold water.
