Shake And Bake Chicken

   Dip chicken pieces in milk; drain.

   Place margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Melt in 400u00b0 oven until melted.

   Combine flour, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning in paper bag.

   Shake well.

   Place chicken in flour mixture.

   Shake until well coated.

   Place in melted butter.

   Turn once to coat.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, if desired.

    Bake uncovered in 400u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until tender.
