Sausage Squares – a delicious recipe with hot sausage, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, Tabasco sauce, parsley. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg yolk

Brown sausage and onion in skillet over low heat, stirring until crumbly.

Drain sausage well.

Add next 5 ingredients.

Mix well.

Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise in bowl.

Spread half the dough over bottom of greased 8-inch baking pan and then spread the mix of sausage over the dough.

Spread the last dough and brush with beaten egg yolk.
