Pizza Boats

   Slice loaf in half lengthwise and scoop out centers, saving bread for croutons or dressing.

   Prepare sauce and stir in ground beef.

   Sprinkle grated cheese in bottom of each boat; spoon in sauce and meat mixture.

   Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes on top rack of 400u00b0 oven.

   Sprinkle grated cheese on top; turn off heat and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes.
