Italian seasoning; ⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes; 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil, divided; 1 cup frozen peas; 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth; 1 Tbs. lemon juice; 1 Tbs. chopped fresh chives; 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
