My Pork Stew With Spinach

   cut the pork into cubes.

   finely cut the coriander leaves.

   cut the onions.

   cut the tomatoes into cubes.

   cut the green pepper into cubes.

   crash the garlic.

   finely cut the spinach.

   in a hot pan add the oil then add the onions till translucent.

   add garlic and stir for one minute. then add the tomatoes and pepper till well.

    cooked. add the cubed pork and stir. wait for about 5 mins then add the coriander stir then the spinach. let it cook for 20 mins enjoy.
