2 oz. green onions

dash of Tabasco

Preparation of Neptune Mix:

Place cream cheese in large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

Squeeze crab meat and shrimp in a towel to extract as much water as possible.

Roughly chop by hand the crab meat, shrimp meat and green onions so there is still some texture to ingredients.

Add chopped seafood, onions, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice and Tabasco to cream cheese.

Blend at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
