6 whole Eggs
2-1/4 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2 cups White Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 cup Butter Or Margarine
3 cups Peanut Butter, Smooth Or Chunky
9 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 pounds M & M's Candies
1/2 pounds Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a very large bowl mix all ingredients together with your hands. Chill mixture in the fridge for about 1/2 hour, for easier handling of dough. ( I have actually chilled overnight).

Scoop dough with an ice cream scoop for large cookies or smaller if you like. Place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

These are great for traveling treats for kids and they freeze well also.
