3 tablespoons flour
½ cup milk
½ cup water
½ teaspoon herbes de provence
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat broth to a boil; reduce heat.

Add potatoes; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until fork tender.

Drain, reserving broth.

Prepare bacon strips and chicken pieces according to package directions.

In another saucepan, melt butter.

Remove from heat and blend in flour.
