   Mix first 3 ingredients together.

   Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, until light brown.

   Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread on cooled crust.

   Mix last two ingredients as directed on pudding box. Spread on cream cheese mixture.
