Italian-Style Chicken Tostadas

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0. Slice pitas horizontally to make 4 rounds. Arrange pitas on baking sheet cut-side up. Bake 6 minutes or until lightly toasted; set aside.

   Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Promise(R) Buttery Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Add roasted peppers and chicken and heat through. Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil and salt.

   Evenly top pitas with chicken mixture, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is just melted. To serve, cut into quarters.
