Homemade Noodles With Chicken Or Beef

   Beat egg.

   Stir in sifted flour.

   Knead well.

   Roll out on floured board until very thin.

   Then sprinkle with flour and roll up like jelly roll.

   Slice thin and then shake out.

   Have chicken or beef broth seasoned and boiling.

   Drop in noodles; cook 10 minutes.
