Hobo Cabbage

   Brown sausage in skillet.

   When brown and there is no more redness, chop up and add onion.

   When the onion starts to get clear, add the quart of tomatoes.

   Let all this simmer in the skillet for about 10 minutes.

   Stir occasionally.

   Chop the cabbage and add it.

   Let this cook until the cabbage is done.

   Add salt and pepper.

   The cabbage should be done in about 20 to 25 minutes.
