Prepare grill. Rinse salmon fillet and pat dry. Place fillet on a large piece of heavy duty foil. Pinch the edges upwards in order to avoid spilling. Mix Olive oil and garlic in a small dish and spoon over salmon. Rub mixture into the fish and then sprinkle with fresh, chopped dill. Add salt and pepper according to preference. Halve lemon and squeeze over the fish. Place a second peice of heavy duty foil over the fillet and roll up the sides so it is sealed. Place fillet on the grill and grill to preference. I normally turn the fish after about 8 minutes and grill for another 8. Before serving, heat a dish of BBQ sauce in the microwave for 30 seconds. Serve fish with warm dipping sauce and a lemon wedge.
