5 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. crawfish tails
small shrimp
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Add green onion and simmer 1 minute. Add flour and simmer 2 minutes. Heat cream and add to flour mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Add crawfish, shrimp and remainder of ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese. Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella and more Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
