1 cup sweet pepper, chopped
1 cup cucumber, peeled seeded,chopped
1 cup tomato juice
¼ cup chopped shallot
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
12 lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
