4 hoagie rolls, split
3 tbsp. garlic-flavored oil, divided
2 sm. zucchini, scrubbed and thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 slices chicken breast meat
2 sm. tomatoes, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese

Preheat broiler.

Brush cut sides of rolls with 1-1/2 tbsp.
