1 qt. fresh oysters
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper, cracked
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of cayenne pepper
4 c. flour
salt to taste
paprika to taste
white pepper to taste
2 c. beef fat, clarified

Drain oysters in strainer or colander.

Divide among 1 or 2 flat pans and season with the seasoning.
