Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Grease a 10 inch casserole dish. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Mix with 1/2 the cheese and place in prepared dish.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook fish sticks until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside on paper towels. Clean the pan and heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute pepper until softened, then remove and set aside. Add onion and saute for 2 mins. Sprinkle with flour and curry powder, then add stock and milk, stirring. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 2 mins. Season then add 1/2 the spring onion. Add to the casserole dish. Arrange fish sticks, peppers and remaining spring onion on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 mins, until golden brown.
