Clean and cook potatoes in your microwave according to it's settings for potatoes

Slice off top of potato so that you can spoon out the pulp of it into a large bowl.

Be careful not to break the skins, set hollowed out skins aside.

(Use a hot pad as your potatoes will be hot.)

It's important to mix ingredients into hot potatoes unless you want them lumpy.

Mash potatoes.

Then add your ingredients one at a time, ( except the sliced cheese) in order of list, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Spoon prepared potatoes back into skins, adding sliced cheese on top.

Grill potatoes on a hot grill over indirect heat until hot throughout and cheese has melted.
