In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cocoa powder.

Beat with electric mixer on low til combined.

Add the flour and salt. Mix til combined.

Beat with mixer on medium-high 3-5 minutes.

Pour batter into the greased foil-lined pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. To test if done, a fork inserted in the middle will come out with moist crumbly stuff on it. If it's still liquidy, bake another 5 minutes.

When done, take pan out of oven, then lift the foil out of the pan and set on a cutting board. Let set for 3-5 minutes, then cut into squares.

Can make 9 big brownies or more smaller ones, depending on number of cuts. These make very thick brownies due to the smaller pan, they're perfect for the base for a hot fudge cake!
