3/8 c. water
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. beef instant bouillon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 1/4 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Lightly grease cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.

Pat dough in pan with well floured hands.

Cook and stir beef, onion, bouillon and garlic until beef is brown and bouillon is dissolved.

Drain. Mix tomato sauce and oregano.
