1 lb ground pork
2 slices of soft bread, torn into pieces
3/4 cup milk

2 eggs

For topping
3/4 cup ketchup

Place all ingredients into bread machine and start on quick bread/cake cycle.

When machine is done mixing, pause the machine, remove the paddle, and smooth the loaf down if you like.

Mix the topping ingredients (3/4 cup ketchup with 3 Tablespoons brown sugar) together.

Pour topping over the top of the meatloaf.

When done baking, use a spatula and/or fork to remove the loaf from the pan.
