Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

   In the insert of a 5- or 7-quart crockpot, place the soy sauce and brown sugar and mix well.

   Pop in the ginger and garlic and stir.

   Add the chicken and turn to coat with the sauce.

   Cover and cook on High for 4-5 hours, turning the meat once halfway through the cooking.

   I serve this with white rice.

   Note: Im not sure if all crockpots cook the same that is why there is a variance in cooking time.

   I have a brand new one and it is awesome and cooks really hot on high.

   So just make sure you check if the chicken is done before serving.
