CROCK POT BEEF TIPS

   Cut beef tips into bite size pieces.

   Lightly salt and pepper and place in crock pot.

   Mix soups and gravy and pour over meat.

   Cook on low for 8 hours.

   When almost ready to eat cook rice.

   Place 2.5 cups of water in a pot with 1 cup of brown rice and boil

   When rice is boiling, reduce to low and set simmer for 45 minutes then fluff and let sit for 5 minutes.

   (white rice is optional and much faster to cook)
