Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies, G-Free

   1. Pulse almond meal, salt, and baking soda a few times in a food processor.

   1. Pulse in butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until dough forms.

   3. Remove blade from processor and stir in chocolate chips by hand.

   4. Scoop dough one level tablespoon at a time onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Press balls of dough down so they are very flat, wetting your hand if dough is sticky

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 10-12 minutes

   Cool for 15 minutes on cookie sheet (do not handle prior or cookies will crumble).
