Creamy Pasta And Chicken Packets

   Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Tear four 16-inch sheets of foil. Top each sheet with a piece of parchment paper.

   Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain; return to pan. Add pasta sauce to pan. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.

   For each packet, place 1/4 of the pasta on prepared paper. Top with 1/4 each of the vegetables and chicken. Fold foil (and paper) to enclose filling and form a packet. Place packets on a baking pan.

   Bake 20-25 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.

   Unwrap packets. Carefully transfer pasta to shallow bowls. Serve sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
