1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Cook noodles.

Brown beef in 3 tablespoons butter.
