Chicken And Dumplings

   Brown pieces of chicken in electric skillet; add onion, carrots, water and salt and pepper to taste.

   Cover.

   Cook about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

   Remove chicken from pan; add more water.

   Bring to a boil.

   Make dumplings according to directions on Bisquick box.

   Remove dumplings and make sure there's at least 1 to 1 1/2 cups of liquid left.

   You may need to add more water.

   Add soup and bring to a boil.

    Can be served with noodles or mashed potatoes.
