Chicken and Avocado Quesadilla

   Spread the refried beans on half of the tortialla shell.

   Place the shell bean side up in a hot greased pan.

   Layer with the cooked chicken, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and sprinkle with the steak seasoning and salt and pepper.

   Top with your favorite shredded cheese, as much or as little as you like.

   Fold over the empty half of the tortilla shell.

   I press down on the quesadilla at this point; if you are talented and daring, go ahead and flip the sucker.

   Remove from the pan, cut into quarters and top with sour cream and salsa.

   This is great to make on the grill, too!

   This recipe can be used as an appetizer or a meal.

    Reheats well in a toaster oven.
