1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 small onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. catsup water

Place in large skillet and brown in hot oil.

(Catsup water just means put the 3/4 cup water in the same measuring cup that you used to put in the 3/4 cup catsup.) Cover tightly; bake in a moderate (350u00b0) oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
