   Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT CHEESE.

   Pat onto wax paper into 12 inch squares, sprinkle with cheese, patting down a little.

   Roll meat into a roll - seal edges.

   Chill overnight.

   Cut into 12 slices, broil 12 to 15 min, 6 inches from heat source, turning once.

   Garnish with small mushrooms if you like.
