Bacon Cheddar Dip

   Fry up the bacon until done, making sure it doesnt get too crispy.

   Let cool, then chop up into small pieces.

   Put into a bowl, add shredded cheese, chopped green onion and mayonnaise and mix well.

   Serve with celery sticks for a low-carb snack, or with tortilla chips or crackers if you really want to cut loose.
