Baby Bow Tie And Walnut Pasta Salad

   In skillet toast 1/2 cup of pasta over medium heat stirring often until light brown about 5 min

   In saucepan of boiling salted water cook toasted and remaining pasta until al dente. 7-8 min Drain & rince, set aside.

   In skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat cook onion until softened about 2 min.

   Add walnuts cook 2 min stir in green pepper & cook 1 min. Pour over pasta, let cool.

   In small bowl whisk together olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper pour over pasta mixture. Add chopped coriander and toss.

   Garnish with cherry tomatoes and coriander sprigs.
