   In a pot fill 3/4 with water, add a full onion, cut into four.

   Throw in a few Bay Leaves, a few bulbs of garlic and any other seasoning or herbs you care for.

   I use fresh oregano.

   Add the ribs and boil for 1-4 hours (4 is better).

   In a large mixing bowl, pour 1/4 cup of Oyster Sauce.

   Add 2 tbl.

   melted butter, and 1/4 cup Szchewan Sauce .Mix all of the ingredients together.

   Toss all of the ribs into the mixture, coating each rib well.

   Place the ribs onto the and heat them for only about 5 minutes.

    You can also put the ribs into a hot oven (450 degrees), but a works better.

    In the same mixing bowl you used earlier (hopefully there is a little juice leftover in it) add the ribs.

    Sprinkle with dried Oregano flakes and toss the ribs.

    To finish, squeeze a whole fresh lemon onto the ribs as you toss them in the bowl.
