2 lbs ground beef
2 tbs A.1. steak sauce
2 tbs salt
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 tbs dried parsley flakes
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together with 1/2 sauce mixture. Blend well. Pat meatloaf into 9x5x3 loaf pan, or shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Spread remaining sauce mixture over top of meatloaf. Bake in 400 degree oven for one hour.
