Ingredients: 1 packet penne pasta; 1/4 cup cauliflower; 1/4 cup beans; 4 big tomatoes Blanched; 3 clove garlic; 2 medium onions chopped; 1 green chilli thinly slices; 4 basil leaves; 3 sprigs of oregano; 2 tbsp cream cheese; 1 Salt and pepper to taste; 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Servings: persons

1 packet penne pasta
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup beans
4 big tomatoes Blanched
3 clove garlic
2 medium onions chopped
1 green chilli thinly slices
4 basil leaves
3 sprigs of oregano
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Boil water in a thick bottomed pan.

Add some salt in it and add pasta to cook.

Fry onions till they are golden.

Make sure they are completely cooked.

Roughly chop your tomatoes and garlic.

Blend them together with fried onions.

Transfer the tomatoes and onions paste to a frying pan and allow the paste to cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the herbs and a little water if needed.

Blanch beans and cauliflower in salted water for 3-4 minutes or as much you prefer your vegetables cooked.

As the sauce starts bubbling add the cooked pasta, veggies, cream cheese and seasoning.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes and till the pasta is completely coated.
