1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add egg, mixing well, then oil, mixing well. Add oats, Rice Krispies, coconut and nuts, stirring well.

Then add flour, baking soda and salt.

Mix well and form into balls about the size of a walnut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fingertips and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing.
