1 Chicken breast
3 pieces Pork belly
1 Finely chopped Japanese leek
1 Egg
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Katakuriko
1 tsp Grated ginger
1 dash Salt and pepper
200 grams Kimchi
2 1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Chicken soup stock
1 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Miso
1/2 tbsp Sugar
