3/4 cups Diced Yellow Onion
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
4 cups Collard Greens, Chopped (stems Removed)
1 cup Grated Medium Cheddar Cheese

3/4 cups Sour Cream
1/2 cups Real Mayonnaise (no Low Fat Versions, Please)
Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 loaf French Bread, Warmed And Sliced

Slice bacon into 1/4 inch pieces.

Cook in heated skillet until browned and slightly crispy.
