1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 beef bouillon cubes
2/3 c. chopped onion
4 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. celery
2 c. carrots
2/3 c. cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. frozen peas

Trim all fat from roast and cube.

Brown meat and bone in a large Dutch oven.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours.
