   In large mixing bowl, soften butter. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs.

   Mix. Add cocoa mix, then add flour and salt. Grease and flour 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 minutes. Frost with frosting of your choice.
