Servings: persons

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons minced bell peppers
2 (6 ounce) canswhite lump crabmeat
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 small tomatoes, diced
tortilla chips, for serving
½ cup cooked chopped spinach
15 ounces artichokes in water

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise.

Stir in peppers,onions, cheese and seasonings.

Fold in crabmeat.

Pour mixture into a baking casserole, and top with diced tomatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips.

If adding cooked shopped spinach or artichoke hearts, do so BEFORE folding in crabmeat.
