Roughly chop the turkey and place in bowl with the stuffing.

Finely chop the Parsley and Thyme and add to the bowl.

Sprinkle a few breadcrumbs into the bowl and crack in one egg.

Season with salt and pepper then mix everything together.

Squeeze the mixture into balls about the size of a scotch egg.

Roll the balls in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Chill the Rissoles for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Shallow fry the Rissoles in about 1/2 a centimetre of groundnut oil.

Gently turn in the oil for approximately 5 minutes or until golden all over.

Remove from oil and place on kitchen paper to remove any excess oil.

Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with chilli sauce.
